• The first-time installation is provided free of charge. Any subsequent installation will be chargeable if the customer requests to move the website to another domain or transfer it from one hosting server to another.
• Setup is provided only if required access details are shared. Setup via TeamViewer, AnyDesk, etc., is not provided.
• Installation and support are not provided on local systems.
• Free support is not included if the customer installs the product themselves.
• Free support is available only through the ticket system. Phone or WhatsApp support is not included.
• No refunds after the product (Code copy) is delivered.
• Single-domain license only. Cannot be used on multiple domains.
• Free support does not include hosting issues, SMS API issues, payment gateway issues, or signup and purchase-related issues.
• Free support covers only bug or error fixes in the original code.
• Updates are provided only on request with an active support plan.
• Free support will be excluded if there are any file or database modifications.
