Free updates (If updates are included in purchased package. Update features & time of release completely depend on Inlogix Infoway,Customer can not force Inlogix Infoway for feature requirement.)
What Is NOT Free
2nd time installation or installation after free support duration is over.
Any new feature or modification.
Design/UI changes.
Third-party issues - Hosting/Server,SMS api,Payment Gateway Issues etc.
Custom workflows or logic.
Content upload or data entry.
