- 1st time installation will be free. 2nd time installation will be chargable in case of customer move website to another domain,move website from one hosting to another.
- 1st time setup is only provided if customer share access of required installation details.Setup will be not provided over Teamviewer,Anydesk ect.
- Product installation/setup will not been provided on local system.
- Free support will be not provided in case of installation done by customer.
- Free support provided only on ticket system. Support on call or whatsapp is not been provided.
- Free support will be excluded in case of file modification or database modification,making modification in database or modifing files.
- Once product is shared with customer,company (Inlogix Infoway) not bound to refund payment.
- Single domain license only.Can not run on multiple places domain with single domain license.
